Contact
Include your app version and device model. Do not send your password, access token, verification code, or private financial records.
Changes waiting to sync
Reconnect to the internet and use the app’s sync control. Keep the app installed if you have pending changes. If the app reports a conflict, review the latest saved record before choosing how to resolve it.
Household access
Confirm you are signed into the email address named in your invitation. A household owner can remove members and issue a new invitation if an old one expires.
Account data
Use Profile to export data, revoke agent access, or delete your account. A household owner must resolve ownership before deleting an account used by other household members.
